DLP Custom Kitchens was established by Dan Patterson in 2009 to offer superior custom built kitchens and cabinetry to homeowners in the Rideau Lakes region.

Dan Patterson

Dan is an experienced cabinetmaker. He discovered a love for woodworking in high school wood shop. There he was encouraged to enter a province-wide skilled trades competition – his work ranked highly in the cabinetmaker division. He completed the "Furniture Technician" program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, graduating with high marks and placing on the Honour Roll. He gained experience with a large cabinet company in Kingston. In 2009 he started his own business so that he personally could plan, build, and install each kitchen project.

Dan's DLP Custom Kitchens has grown steadily and has built a solid reputation for excellent service, fine quality, and innovative design.

Dan brings a high level of craftsmanship and a strong focus on customer service to all of his projects. He is proud to build the cabinets for your kitchen in his own workshop using quality materials and excellent equipment.

With his skillful use of speciality kitchen design software, Dan provides each customer with a 3D view of their own personalized kitchen layout as well as a scale floor plan for space planning.
